Cake Gallery

I have been baking for my friends and family for years, usually cakes for special occasions. My favorites are Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and Bittersweet Chocolate, Italian Cream Cake (a coconut buttermilk cake with cream cheese frosting), Chocolate Midnight Cake (chocoholics dream), and Lemon Buttermilk Cake (with either lemon glaze or cream cheese frosting). Some photos of past examples are below, using local strawberries and flowers from my garden when they are blooming at the right time.
